By booking this program, students and families agree to the following: 1. Booking Process ◦ A free 15-minute consultation is available before committing to packs. 2. Scheduling ◦ Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed via WhatsApp/email. ◦ Students must arrive on time; late arrivals will not extend the session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling ◦ At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. ◦ Cancellations with less than 24 hour: 50% refund. ◦ One reschedule per pack is allowed at no extra cost. ◦ After first session: no refunds, but sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days. 3. Absences ◦ Missed sessions without notice are considered used and non-refundable. ◦ Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies with documentation. 4. Payments ◦ Packages must be paid in full or partial upfront via bank transfer, FPS, or PayMe. ◦ Payments are non-refundable once the program has started. 5. Materials & Feedback ◦ Digital materials are included in the package price. ◦ Written feedback is provided after each package. ◦ Completion certificate is provided at the end of each package. 6.
