Our Spanish Teens Tutoring Program is designed for secondary school students (ages 13–17) who want to strengthen their Spanish for both school success and real-life communication. With small-group lessons and tailor-made materials, we help teens build confidence while preparing for future academic pathways such as IGCSE, IB, or DELE. Students will: • Practice oral fluency through interactive role-play and games • Improve writing accuracy with guided exercises • Develop listening comprehension using authentic multimedia resources • Gain exam foundations aligned with IGCSE and IB standards • Explore Spanish culture through music, festivals, and youth topics Package Includes: • 4 personalized weekly sessions (60 minutes each) • Tailored exam strategies and topic-based practice • Access to digital materials and cultural resources • Written feedback after each program • Follow-up support via WhatsApp between sessions With personalized guidance and cultural immersion, teens not only cope with exams but also enjoy Spanish as a living language.

Booking Policy
By booking this program, students and families agree to the following: 1. Booking Process ◦ A free 15-minute consultation is available before committing to packs. 2. Scheduling ◦ Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed via WhatsApp/email. ◦ Students must arrive on time; late arrivals will not extend the session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling ◦ At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. ◦ Cancellations with less than 24 hour: 50% refund. ◦ One reschedule per pack is allowed at no extra cost. ◦ After first session: no refunds, but sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days. 3. Absences ◦ Missed sessions without notice are considered used and non-refundable. ◦ Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies with documentation. 4. Payments ◦ Packages must be paid in full or partial upfront via bank transfer, FPS, or PayMe. ◦ Payments are non-refundable once the program has started. 5. Materials & Feedback ◦ Digital materials are included in the package price. ◦ Written feedback is provided after each package. ◦ Completion certificate is provided at the end of each package. 6. Commitment ◦ Students are expected to complete assigned practice tasks between sessions. ◦ Consistent attendance and engagement are essential for learning success. This is a private tutoring service.
