Our Spanish Home Tutoring program brings the classroom directly to your home, offering a flexible and supportive environment for teens and families in Hong Kong. With tailor‑made materials and one‑on‑one guidance, students receive the full attention they need to strengthen their Spanish skills while feeling comfortable in their own space. Students will: • Receive personalized lessons adapted to their level and goals • Practice oral fluency through interactive conversation and role‑play • Improve writing and grammar accuracy with guided exercises • Develop listening comprehension using authentic multimedia resources • Explore Spanish culture through family traditions, idiomatic expressions, and real‑life examples Package Includes • 4 personalized sessions (60 minutes each) • Tailored exam strategies and topic‑based practice • Access to digital materials and cultural resources • Written feedback after each program • Follow‑up support via WhatsApp between sessions

Booking Policy
By booking this program, students and families agree to the following: 1. Booking Process ◦ A free 15-minute consultation is available before committing to packs. 2. Scheduling ◦ Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed via WhatsApp/email. ◦ Students must arrive on time; late arrivals will not extend the session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling ◦ At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. ◦ Cancellations with less than 24 hour: 50% refund. ◦ One reschedule per pack is allowed at no extra cost. ◦ After first session: no refunds, but sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days. 3. Absences ◦ Missed sessions without notice are considered used and non-refundable. ◦ Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies with documentation. 4. Payments ◦ Packages must be paid in full or partial upfront via bank transfer, FPS, or PayMe. ◦ Payments are non-refundable once the program has started. 5. Materials & Feedback ◦ Digital materials are included in the package price. ◦ Written feedback is provided after each package. ◦ Completion certificate is provided at the end of each package. 6. Commitment ◦ Students are expected to complete assigned practice tasks between sessions. ◦ Consistent attendance and engagement are essential for learning success. This is a private tutoring service.
