
Booking & Refund Policy
By booking this program, students and families agree to the following:
1. Booking Process
◦ Free 15-minute consultation available before committing to packages.
2. Scheduling
◦ Sessions booked in advance and confirmed via WhatsApp/email
◦ Students must arrive on time; late arrivals will not extend session time
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
◦ 24+ hours notice: full reschedule or refund
◦ Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
◦ One free reschedule per package allowed
◦ After first session: no refunds, unused sessions reschedulable within 30 days (subject to availability)
4. Absences
◦ Missed sessions without notice considered used and non-refundable
◦ Exceptions for illness/emergencies with documentation
5. Payments
◦ Packages paid upfront via bank transfer, FPS, or PayMe
◦ Payments non-refundable once program has started
6. Materials & Feedback
◦ Custom digital materials for student session use only (HK Copyright Ordinance s.41A)
◦ Materials remain property of Spanish Teacher HK (no copying/sharing)
◦ Written feedback provided after each package
◦ Completion certificate included
7. Commitment
◦ Students expected to complete practice tasks between sessions
◦ Consistent attendance essential for learning success
