By booking or participating in Spanish Teacher HK Tutoring Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Spanish Language in Hong Kong.
2. Services
Spanish Teacher HK provides Spanish language lessons, cultural immersion activities, and exam preparation programs (HKDSE, IB, IGCSE, DELE, AP, etc.). Each program description outlines its scope, schedule, and fees.
3. Eligibility
Spanish Teacher HK services are open to students of all ages. Reduced‑fee options for low‑income families are available, subject to prior approval of validity.
4. Bookings
Bookings must be made through Spanish Teacher HK website or approved channels. Certain services may require manual approval before confirmation.
By booking, you agree to follow Spanish Teacher HK cancellation and rescheduling policies.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged in full. If Spanish Teacher cancels a session, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
6. Payments
Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Reduced‑fee packages are available only after approval.
All prices are listed in HKD unless stated otherwise.
7. Materials & Intellectual Property
Worksheets, videos, and tailor‑made resources are for student use only.
Materials may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
Cultural content and lesson designs remain the intellectual property of Spanish Teacher HK.
8. Privacy
Spanish Teacher HK respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or booking will only be used for educational and administrative purposes. For details, see Spanish Teacher HK Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Spanish Teacher HK is committed to providing high‑quality tutoring services. However, Spanish Teacher HK is not liable for outcomes beyond its control (e.g., exam results, technical issues with online platforms).
10. Amendments
Spanish Teacher HK may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on Spanish Teacher HK website and take effect immediately.
11. Governing Law
These terms governed by Hong Kong law.
