Spanish Low Income Students Tutoring
Program details
We believe every student deserves access to quality Spanish education. This program supports Hong Kong families facing financial challenges by offering free Spanish learning opportunities for motivated students (ages 8–30). With flexible scheduling, engaging lessons, and all materials provided, we ensure that learners can thrive regardless of income level — building confidence, cultural awareness, and future opportunities. Why Spanish as a third language? Spanish connects 21 countries and over 500 million speakers. Combined with Chinese and English, it gives students a global edge in tourism, trade, diplomacy, and creative industries. Hispanic culture also enriches life in multicultural Hong Kong with music, literature, and values of community and diversity. Learners will: • Learn the basics and culture by having fun. • Build speaking confidence through games, role‑plays, and group conversations. • Practice listening with songs, stories, and multimedia. • Acquire grammar essentials in age‑appropriate ways. • Collaborate using shared digital tools (Padlet, Genially). Program includes: • 4 free weekly sessions (60 minutes each) in a coworking space. • All materials provided (digital workbook, audio, games). • WhatsApp group for homework tips and motivation. • Certificates of completion. Eligibility & Verification (fair and transparent): • Families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA). • Students eligible for the School Textbook Assistance Scheme or Student Travel Subsidy Scheme. • Families with monthly household income below HKD 18,000 (Median Monthly Domestic Household Income). • Single‑parent households with limited income. • Verification: proof of CSSA or subsidy eligibility (copy of letter or student card). My contribution to Hong Kong: As a freelance Spanish tutor, I donate my time and resources to bridge educational gaps. This initiative helps low‑income families access language learning that builds confidence, global awareness, and future opportunities — making our city stronger and more connected.
Spanish for all, culture for everyone.
